‘Where are you now?’ is a collection initiated by the Pompidou Centre, which commissions each invited filmmaker to make a film in any format that answers this question, which is at once retrospective, introspective and forward-looking. Using images he took in South Africa, Russia, Cuba, Qatar, Spain and near his home, Isaki Lacuesta responds to the question posed by the Centre Pompidou: ‘I am here and there at the same time.’
