Garrell builds large structures in a forest very close to a motorway. Due to various circumstances, over the course of twenty years he has had to destroy and rebuild his fantasy world. Through his films —peculiar remakes of Tarzan filmed alongside a 14-year-old boy, as well as some images by an American art historian and a few shots filmed in the present day— we discover the history of his constructions and get to know Garrell, or Tarzan of the Jungle, a fascinating character who, for 77 minutes, allows us to intensely experience his world.
